Ceeryo helps you fix the formatting of Word documents with AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Account data: email address and, if provided, name and company.
Content you submit: the Word documents (.docx) you upload and the formatting-corrected files we return to you.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and features used.
Billing data: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To format your documents and deliver the file you requested.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
To improve quality and prevent abuse.
To send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

Your documents

We process the documents you upload only to correct their formatting and return the result. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.

Data retention

Documents you upload and the formatted files we return are stored only as long as needed to deliver the result and, for signed-in users, to show your recent history until you delete them. Account deletion removes all associated documents.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@ceeryo.com.
