Turn Your Manuscript into a Print-Ready PDF
From double-spaced draft to typeset book interior — trim size, margins, chapter design, and preflight in one pass.
A manuscript and a book interior are different documents. The manuscript is double-spaced Times New Roman on Letter paper; the book is a 6×9 (or 5×8) page in a real book face with justified text, drop caps, running heads, folios, and chapters that open recto. Ceeryo performs that transformation directly: upload the manuscript .docx, choose a theme and trim, and the engine typesets the entire book and verifies the print geometry before you download. No InDesign, no templates, no per-page fiddling.

How it works
How to turn your manuscript into a print-ready pdf in four steps
The fastest way to turn your manuscript into a print-ready pdf without manual copy-paste, screenshots, or formatting cleanup.
- Step 1
Upload your Word document
Drop in the messy .docx you want cleaned up. Your file is processed only to format it and is never used to train models.
- Step 2
AI reads the structure
The AI detects headings, body text, lists, and tables, and finds inconsistent styling, without changing any of your wording.
- Step 3
Formatting is fixed
Heading styles, alignment, spacing, fonts, lists, indentation, and margins are made consistent across the whole document.
- Step 4
Download the clean .docx
Get a still-editable Word file that opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and LibreOffice: clean formatting, your words unchanged.
In short
A print-ready book PDF has exact trim-size pages, mirrored margins with a page-count-based gutter, embedded fonts, and trade-book conventions like recto chapter openers and running heads. Ceeryo produces it from your Word manuscript in one upload — with a preflight report instead of guesswork.
What makes a PDF 'print-ready' for a book?
Four things printers and POD platforms check: the PDF page size equals the book's trim exactly; inside/outside margins mirror across the spread with a gutter sized to page count; all fonts are embedded in the file; and the page count sits within the printer's binding range. Ceeryo's preflight verifies each one and shows you the result.

The transformation, not a template
Templates ask you to pour text in and fix a hundred details. Ceeryo reads the structure you already wrote — chapters, scene breaks, italics — and re-typesets it under a designed system, so the 'template work' simply doesn't exist.

Frequently asked questions
My manuscript is double-spaced — is that a problem?+
No. Manuscript spacing is ignored; the theme's leading is used instead. Your draft can look however it looks.
Can I print anywhere, or only Amazon?+
The output is a standard exact-trim, fonts-embedded PDF — the same thing IngramSpark, Lulu, and local printers ask for. KDP's page-count bracket is the strictest check applied.
What if my chapters aren't detected?+
The result screen shows the detected chapter list. If something's off, mark chapters with 'Chapter One'-style lines or Heading 1 styles and re-upload — those two conventions cover the parser.
