What file does Amazon KDP need for a paperback interior?
KDP needs a PDF sized exactly to your trim (6×9 in is the most common), with all fonts embedded, mirrored inside/outside margins, and an inside (gutter) margin that meets KDP's minimum for your page count — 0.375" up to 150 pages, rising to 0.875" at 828 pages.
