My chapters have names, not numbers — will that work?
Yes. Style each chapter title as Heading 1 in Word ('The Farm', 'What My Father Kept') and the parser treats it as a chapter opener with that title; numbered and named chapters can mix freely, and Prologue/Epilogue are recognized by name.
